1 Acceptance of Terms

jiliboss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if jiliboss has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
